Kissimmee Bay Country Club is located on the western shores of East Lake Tohopekaliga - East Lake Toho for short - between Kissimmee and St. Cloud. Built in 1990 by the design team of Clifton, Ezell, & Clifton, this fun yet challenging layout features century-old oaks, towering cypress trees, a dozen unique water hazards (water comes into play on 16 of 18 holes) and friendly sand hill cranes provide the backdrop for a first-class golf experience. The greens are large, inviting targets and offer only an occasional big break on a putt. Several of the greens have water both in front and in back. The course gets progressively more difficult so it is best to get off to a good start. The par-5s play long from the back tees and the par-3s are short, with one 200-yard-plus exception as measured from the Championship tees. Golf Digest nominated Kissimmee Bay as one of America's "Best New Courses".
The 14,000 square foot clubhouse features a well-stocked pro shop, restaurant and grill, and banquet and meeting facilities that can accommodate up to 175 guests. The practice facilities include an aqua driving range with three target greens. A unique feature of the club is a permanent display of golf equipment and memorabilia in the Langley Golf Museum, a private collection of over 1,000 rare and unique and antique golf related items, some which date back to the 1600's.
